This cabin is unlike the other cabins on our farm. It was remodeled as our personal retreat space and thus has more size, deck space and amenities that the other accommodations. The original small cabin dates to early 1900's. We altered the previous build-out by totally remodeling the cabin. The completely modern kitchen has a 5 inch poured-in-place cement counter top. The bathroom has kept the antique claw-foot tub, the 2nd floor is currently the bedroom with queen sized bed and a large sitting area. The great room was inspired. It is large with high ceilings, a stone fireplace, more than adequate sitting and relaxing areas and a grand piano. The room is surrounded by windows which give an abundance of natural light. There is also another stone firebox in the dining room. Verandas surround 2 sides of this cabin with a protected deck on the side off the great room. Encouraging guests to “unplug” we have no TV or internet service here.

SLEEPING & ARRANGEMENTS
We accept only the number of guests that are comfortably suitable for each cabin. This depends upon the number of beds in a particular cabin as well as sofa and dining space. There are no cots, air mattresses available or extra linens available. We provide linens only for the beds in each cabin. This cabin has 1 queen sized bed in the second floor bedroom. Not suitable for any adult uncomfortable with maneuvering steps in the night time with a flashlight. Max 2 people
Even though we are a 'self-catering' retreat property we still have our Bed & Breakfast mindset so we supply much more. We want our guests to have everything reasonably possible already at the cabin so clothes, food and personal items are all that is needed.
